In my work, enjoy exploring themes of nature, existential awareness, and the perception of what queer bodies/spaces can look like. Visualizing this for me means creating installations with immersive papier-maché sculpture and large-scale paintings. For the residency this summer, my goal is to create 3 sculptures that reflect the flora/fauna of Roosevelt Island with the story of the island in mind.
